The latest release of our GeneSpotter 4.0 has been completely renewed. Despite the multitude of features and modulation options it has an offer, Genespotter 4.0 is amazingly easy to use. Its attractive, user friendly and intuitive user interface makes this software fun to work with. GeneSpotter 4.0 will revolutionize the way you get from microarrays to results: analysis has never been so efficient.
GeneSpotter in batch mode
With the current error ratio in biochip technologies, an extensive quality assurance is indispensible: GeneSpotter carries out thorough analyses of the quality of every single spot found. Next to that, spot position is evaluated and potential artefacts are detected. In this way, you will be noticed of errors early on, being able to leave certain spots out and preventing costly misinterpretations. For every biochip, a report is generated with all results, quality indications, controls and detected errors. In batch mode, an overview on all analysed biochips is generated in addition.
