2 Offer
Based on the requirement analysis, MicroDiscovery sends a quotation containing assignments, schedule and pricing.

All requirements that were gathered in the former appointments are listed in our offer to make sure both parties are well informed and wishes and possibilities are clear. Included in our offer are the milestones we agreed on, which are set time points at which we will get together to discuss the project’s process and provide you with a first release of the software. Of course, the contents of the offer are adapted in case needed.
Services
Summarizing what has been discussed in the former appointments, our offer contains detailed information on the different analyses steps that will be carried out by MicroDiscovery as wel as the time scale planned. Of course, the offer can be adapted in case needed.

3 Start
After further refinements and acceptance of the offer, the project starts.

If you agree on our offer, our experts start designing and implementing your software. They will keep you informed on the current status of the project, so that you keep track.
Services
If you agree on our offer, you can send the data to us in a way that suits the project: this can be either on a hard disk or by uploading them to our ftp-server. Our experts will then start the analyses and will keep you informed on the current status of the project.

4 Transparency
From early project stages on, the customer will be frequently provided with interim reports or software prototypes.

The milestones we defined earlier are used to send you prereleases of the software we implement for you. These you can then test and if needed, you can submit further requirements.

5 Changes
If needed, MicroDiscovery’s change management allows for alterations during the project.

Our transparent way of working gives you the opportunity to have full control over the project. You can discuss with us in personal appointments which changes or additions you would like to be implemented that will be immediately taken into account during preparation of the next prerelease version.

6 Delivery
MicroDiscovery gives a presentation of the project’s results on site and takes care that results can be applied immediately.

When implementation is ready, we will come to you and present the product. For its users, we will plan a training that make you feel comfortable with all its features and possibilities.
Services
After analysis, we will write a report containing all results and graphs, together with a result list. If needed, we can write part of your scientific article to be published containing all scientific methods used, which can be used for your scientific article – you don’t need to mention us as an author.

The customer will be provided with detailed advice and support.
