Solutions - KinetXpert

KinetXpert is a software package designed to meet demands arising in evaluation of large sets of kinetic interaction measurements. Addressed technologies include Surface Plasmon Resonance, Resonant Mirror and Reflectometric Interference Spectroscopy. Experimental data is typically generated and evaluated in high throughput setting in batches comprising several hundreds of interaction measurements.

Simultaneous evaluation and classification of hundreds of kinetic curves

Evaluation and classification of all data is triggered by one single button click. The evaluation of several hundreds of kinetic curves is performed within a few seconds owing to proprietary fast algorithms.

Robust quality assessment and error estimations

A proprietary combination of regression models enables KinetXpert to evaluate kinetic rate constants [kD, kA] as well as systematic error estimation parameters.

Integrability to existing IT infrastructure

Data import and export are easily adapted to an existing infrastructure. Data exchange interfaces to databases and to the file system have both been implemented.
