It is your task to analysis biological data. You have to develop new
algorithms for analysis and apply bio-computing tools for data evaluation
with the responsibility of choosing the most suitable tools yourself and
integrating them into existing systems.
You have already had practical experience in implementing and using
bio-computing tools. You have also had experience with regulatory and
metabolic networks and/or have sound knowledge of biology and an insight
into working methods in molecular biology. You are familiar with established
biological data bases and ideally have already worked with biochip engineering.
