MicroDiscovery has developed a new concept to enable the integration of experimental data in reaction and regulatory mechanisms within bio-chemistry. Our approach is conceptualised around providing methods for establishing and analysing data together with data integration and visualisation. This system makes it possible to analyse genetic and metabolic regulatory mechanisms on the basis of HT data. An automatic quality control guarantees high levels of reproducibility in data analyses. Calculating internal quality and probability values at all levels of data evaluation facilitates the interpretation of results and allows the comparison of results across a range of different experiments.
