Quality Management

It is MicroDiscovery’s declared aim to create products and services with the exact features and quality we promise to you. To ensure that our products and services always fulfil the expectations of our customers we have created a comprehensive quality management system that covers all levels of the company. Since April 2007 the system has been certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2000 by TÜV Rheinland. Since April 2010 the system has been recertified according to DIN ISO 9001:2008.

Within customer projects we are able to offer the quality assurance and documentation standard fitting the customers’ needs. There is a broad range of different requirements depending on the nature of the project from “research use only” up to “human diagnostics”. We are fully able to provide software design, development and maintenance according to the relevant regulatory directives (98/79/EC, FDA CFR21 part 11) and quality standards (ISO 9001, ISO 13485).
