CheckReport

Pursuant to national, EU and FDA regulations, the use of biochips as in-vitro diagnostics for human diagnostics requires suitably validated evaluation software. The CheckReport system developed by MicroDiscovery meets this demand. The software comprises three components: CheckReport-SampleSheet, CheckReport-Admin and CheckReport-Results. Using the CheckReport-SampleSheet program, patient data is clearly linked to an individual barcode on a biochip. The barcode contains information on the chip and its assignment.

The CheckReport-Result module is based on the tried-and-tested GeneSpotter software and contains the actual evaluation. Each chip is clearly identified by its barcode, automatically analyzed and assigned to the corresponding patient data. The results can be selected for export in various formats and are presented in German, English and French. CheckReport-Admin provides comprehensive data protection. This module manages user administration and ensures access to all protocol data. CheckReport is licensed exclusively to Greiner Bio-One for sublicensing.
